Justin Folkert, who doesn’t turn 12 until Aug. 15, has his sights on making a name for himself. “I want to go to Michigan. I want to play tennis for the Wolverines,” Folkert said after capturing the No. 1 singles title at the Holland Open in the boys 12-year-old division.
