City changes lawn height requirements in Holland (The Holland Sentinel)

Get out the ruler. By the end of the month, Holland lawns will have to be a manicured 8 inches, or owners will pay the price. The law change is a reaction to more overgrown lawns, officials said. “This spring, in particular, there seems to be a greater number of yards ... overgrown,” Assistant City Manager Greg Robinson said.
